What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of your order is always indicated at the top of the product page. Currently, most items have a delivery time between 1-2 working days in the Netherlands.

Can I return my order?

I entered my wrong address, what now?
Have you entered the wrong address or do you want to have it delivered somewhere else, then it is best to email us. We can make changes to your address until your order has been shipped.
I have received a defective item
We check all items carefully, but sometimes it can happen that an item is delivered defective. In this case, send an email with a photo within 72 hours of receipt. We will help you asap.
